The build requirements of Nidus Prime are not too demanding. The only problems might encounter some players who are Orokin cells and Nitain extract. Orokin cells can be easily grown by General Sargas Ruk on Tethys, Saturn or in Ceres survival mission. What Nitain Extract is concerned, you can buy them in 5-packs of Nora Night on Night Wave.
