At the same time with patch 9.1.5, Blizzard announced in the future again to hear more feedback from the community and to be able to take criticism and suggestions for improvement to heart. The first effects of it are already felt. So the Blizzard developers have already revised the first of the announced animal set bonuses and announced an adjustment.
These are particularly the bonuses, which were rather critically seen by the respective players of classes and specs. Brew master Monks, Shadow Priests, Recovery Shamans and Recovery Druids are partly given new bonuses that are not yet known. These are not to any adaptations of the numbers, but extensive revisions and entirely different bonuses.
Animal Set Bonuses — First adjustments, follow more?
It is quite expected that further bonuses will be revised in the coming days and weeks. Because not only the previously affected were strongly criticized. In some cases, for example, wildness druids, the developers may want to wait to start the PTR, so that the critics can make a better picture. Adjustments in the context of balancing, so various around screws to the numbers, but are currently not an issue. This will take the developers in a later PTR build.
Here are the previous announcements for the adjustments to the animal set bonuses:

Greetings, Monastic Adherents. AS You Test The Set Bonuses on PTR, Some Notes and Known Issues:
Mist weaver 4pc Has A Known Issue Which Causes It to Break Soothing Mist After Drinking Thunder Focus Tea. This Issue wants to be resolved in A Future Build.
Brew master 4pc wants to be redesigned in A Future Build. We’ve Heard Your Feedback That You’d Prefer A More Focused Bonus and Will Be Acting On That Desire.

Greetings priests,
The Shadow Bonuses, Specification The 2-piece Bonus, Are Going to undergo Some Changes Based Off The Feedback Provided. To Start, The 2-piece Bonus Will Move Its Focus to Devouring Plague. AS The Only Spender in The Shadow Priest Rotation, and with The Abundance of Insanity in The Shadow Kit, IT Seems Like A Good Hook to Pivot to. The 4-piece wants remain Largely Unchanged, However, Your Shadow Will Swap Their Current Single Target Channel for One That Favors AOE Situations AS Well. Thank You For The Feedback, and We’re Eager To Hear Your Thought on the Next Iteration.

Hey there druids,
Both The 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses for restoration wants to be changed for a future build. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK AND WE’LL Continue to Watch the Ongoing Conversations!

Hi all,
Were Planning to Take The Restoration Bonus Back Into The Workshop and Change It Up For A Future Build. We Want It to Encourage You to Chain Sometimes Heal and Be Rewarded for Doing So, But the Current 2-piece Bonus is a Little More Passive Than WE Think It Could Be. Many People Have Expressed Dislike of the 4-piece bonus, so we’re going to change that up more substantially. Thanks for the Feedback, and Looking Forward to Seeing Your Thought On Its Coming Iteration When We Have More Details.
