Juventus Turin: Paulo Dybala announces goodbye

Offensive player Paulo Dybala announced his farewell to Juventus Turin at the end of the season.

“It is difficult to find words, but tomorrow I will last the jersey of this club,” wrote the Argentinian on social media. “I assumed that we will spend many years together, but fate led us in different ways. There were seven incredible years with twelve titles and 115 goals that nobody will take us.”

The 28-year-old contract expires at the end of the season and both sides could not agree on an extension.

CEO Maurizio Arrivabene confirmed in March at SKY Sport Italia that “the contract term and economic things must be taken into account” and thus led to failure in the contract negotiations.

In Italy, Inter and the Roma are mentioned as potential new clubs for the left foot.
