Starting a joint operation, you can enter it alone or form a team. There are several ways to do this:

Fulfilling the tasks of a joint operation
Contact the window on the right side of the screen to understand the goals of the joint operation . The entire game mode is configured as a bypass of the dungeons, so you will access various rooms and perform different tasks in each area.
